Self - Interview
Where are you from?
I was born in Grand Rapids, MI, and I currently reside in Berrien Springs, MI
What do you ride?
I ride on a Rome Artifact 150, with 08 burton freestyle bindings, with the 08 32 ultralight boots (which are amazing) Gear, i am with burton pants, jacket, and some six six one gloves. I also got some Oakley Crowbar Goggles i received from my opticride sponsor.
How long have you been snowboarding?
I have been snowboarding for about 6 years now, and have been competing for about 3 years.
What are some of the sponsors you would like to have in your future?
Well, I would like to have all the big names like: Rome, Oakley, Monster/Rockstar, thirtytwo (32), Burton.
What is your riding style?
I enjoy riding, it doesnt matter what/where i am at. But i enjoy the park a lot. When i am out in the backcountry i tend to be more of an "aggressive" rider.
Up coming events2/02/08 - Big Air Contest
At Swiss Valley in Jones, Michigan at 6:00 pm there will be a Big Air Contest. Huge give aways, t.v., snowboard, cash payouts. Its a blast every year.
3/01/08 - Rail Jam!
Location: Swiss Valley
This is a rail jam, and its great. A ton of locals come out and show off their best run linking all the boxes and rails they can to put one sick run.
There is also a few competitions at Bittersweet which is located near Kalamazoo/Paw Paw area in Michigan, and they have a few Slopestyle competitions. They do not have any fixed dates yet, but will be sure to get them up as soon as i get some dates. But i love their slopestyle course with a huge step down box into some kickers and rails! Favorites- Favorite Car: Dodge Viper SRT-10
- Favorite Magazine: Transworld
- Favorite Movie: Out Cold
- Favorite Trick: 540 Backflip with a tail or nose grab / Rodeos
- Favorite Event: Slopestyle / Big Air
- Favorite Rider: Shaun White
