Hey mate, yer iv heart Mt Buller is like that as well and you gotta take a spare derailour or two, or maybe even 3 :P
Yer my ride came with stock deore and truvativ box guide, both which I wasnt impressed with, but I upgraded the rear to a SRAM X9 with a X7 shifter, and its going bloody great, just be sure to get a short cage. I would get an e13 but ATM i cant afford it haha Sick rims specially for stockys! I got a set of them as well but mine arent blingalicious orange like yours!

Yeah, I've been on Sponsorhouse.com since the fall of 2005. I had no idea I had to click on the comments to view them and approve them. I felt like a SLUG! I had stuff in there from March.

It took me the better part of a day, but I finally commented everybody back.

Did you race in the Scottish Down Hill at Fort William in June?

See-that's what I get for assuming you were from England! I saw Newcastle and thought Newcastle, England.
My bad, homie.

How is the Aussie race scene going?

The UK scene is still growing and they're starting to produce some hard-core mountain cross racers, but they still lack the tracks. I'm only about an hour from Chicksands, which is the best of the best. If you dropped it off in my home town, Monterey CA, they'd love it.

Back home in the US, the scene is HUGE! I can't wait to get back and log race after race.

Las Vegas, where I'm moving to next, has three race series going on this winter alone. I can't wait!

I know the Aussies are bike demons! My hero is Jared Graves and that guy blows mountain cross courses up. Sick.

Haha, key word there, 'COULD paint it myself'. Would be a lil bit of work and a lot of stuffing around but it would be worth it in the end, imagine metalic gold S-TYPES :P Maybe one day when my rims are so scratched they are no longer recogniseable. its a bit of an effort though. I think the X9/7 setup was around 300-400ish. Very clean and sharp shifting though, its worth it. Cant realy remember sorry mate coz I just worked it off through my LBS on work experience. And about the Crank Bros., thanks heaps man and yer Im running a set of 50/50s on my ride as well and loving them! So solid and stiff! What about you? Keep it real
