I know, 45 minutes!!! What's crazy is the fact that I do zero conditioning. I don't stretch, run, lift weights, take any supplements, or diet. I am like the anti-athlete.
My class was 20 guys deep. I think I got like 60 takedowns in a row. I don't think I've ever gotten that many. Either my guys were wimps or I am just one salty ol' dog.
This is the best Timmy Bond I have ever seen. My technique has seemed to explode recently. I feel unstoppable. I'll get to really see what's up next weekend when I step on that mat. I think it's going to be epic.

Shelly! How's it going on this lovely Thursay? Me? I am so beat up from practice last night. We went takedowns again last night and I was able to make it through the school 3 times before I got taken down. I was fighting for about 45 minutes straight!
Next weekend starts my 4 tournaments in 3 weeks marathon. I am so ready to lay the smackdown.
