My husband and I have been involved with the Palm Beach County Team in Training cycle team for the past three years. In 2006 we were members of the team which participated in the 18th Intracoastal Waterway Century ride, which took place in Cocoa Beach, Florida on October 29th.
In 2007 we were mentors for the team which was training for the 25th El Tour de Tucson. This was a 109 mile road bike ride which took place on November 17th in Tucson, Arizona.
In 2008 my husband is coaching and I am mentoring the team that is training for the 20th Intracoastal Waterway century ride. This 100 mile road bike ride takes place in Cocoa Beach, Florida on October 26th.

In February I received my brand new, 2008 Trek Madone 6.5 WSD full carbon road bike. She's a beauty at only 14 pounds! I decided to start racing this year and have started to compete in local time trails. |

Cyclocross is a ton of fun. It will change the way you look at your road bike. I started off in triathlons and time trials. You go loopy riding by yourself too much though. All the best. |
