Hey my name is Jon Shaffer and i really enjoy biking and would love to become sponsered one day and ride with a great team like Kona or Iron Horse. This year has been my first year riding and i have enjoyed it very much.

Q&A - Competition

How did you get started?

I got started by my friend Ryan Fettinger. He got me racing Cross Country until i attended Diablo Freeride Park, Now I am a downhill fanatic.

List your competitive highlights

I always try my hardest and never give up. i have a great personality and smile and will try to attend every event.

What are you planning for next season?

I plan on racing the Diablo Domination DH series next year and finishing in the top 3 for the season.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

My biggest accomplishment has just been having enough courage to start the sport and continue on with it.

	you get your bike yet i finaly got mine its a old karpiel and what class are you running in (looking forward to riding with you this summer)

	no. i plan on gettin a kona stab deluxe for next year. i would run the shred but i dont think i could keep up with first place. those rocks would eat me alive. you no what im sayin?
