how long have you raced for?
I Started racing at the age of 4, and I dominated the 50cc class, club champion 2 years running. Ive raced all through my life but i took a 3 year break when i was 13. this year i started fresh, so far ive dominated the beginner class and i finished 12th overall in the western amatuer nationals since then ive moved up to the junior division. Now having moved my way up to top 5 in the junior division, I hope to accomplish a Podium finish this augsut at the canadian amatuer nationals held in Agassiz BC
Where are your 2 favourite places to ride?
my favourite place to go ride my baby is oregon dunes by far there is no other place like it, you have complete freedom to do what you want, and that feeling of just hitting the crest of a dune and flying 70-200 feet is amazing. my second favourite place to ride is our local agassiz mx track, what an amazing track its through the trees with some insane speed sections and awsome woops i love it and i love to race on it.
who's your favourite rider?
thats a hard decision good old # 4 ricky or number 259 james stewart, they are both fanominal riders to watch and stewart is insane but RC races the suzuki's so im going have to give it to # 4 ricky C >> ya i know stewart changed his # to like 7 or somthing
whats have been your ups and downs of motorcross?
well I used to live out in south africa and for me it was podium finish after podium finish and overall i was 2nd fastest races on a ktm 50cc in south africa, but when we moved out to canada we lost all our money and it was hard for me to get back into the sport, i had some amazing races at the tsawassen track placing 4th overall in the CMA champion ships for 2 years. my 06 season was terrible switching over to a 125cc and blowing my gear box which in turn killed my piston and bore put me out for most of the season. my 07 season has been awsome i quickly dominated the beginner class and since moved up to junior where ive been placing top 5 every race. Ive enter to gp expert classes where i placed 12th adn 8th out of 25 riders. And i placed 12th overall in the western amatuer nationals.
What are you goals for the up coming season
My plan for the up and coming arenacross season is to win the championship or place top 3, and get backed by a shop sponsor and then move up into the expert class for the 08 season. Right now im dominating on a 125sx which has drawn alot of the attention of many riders at the track and as much as i love the watching eyes and the 2 stroke engine i entend to acquire a 4 stroke when i move up to the expert div.
